The smooth and easy onboarding process saves you a substantial amount of time and effort. You can easily open your deposit account with Trivebank International from anywhere in the world subject to submission of required documentation. Here are the simple steps you need to follow:
Visit our homepage and click the Apply button. You will be directed to the application page.
Fill in the application form
Provide the information required in our clear application form. Submit the products and currencies you want to use in your transactions.
Validate your identity
After submitting the application form, you will enter into the process of identity verification. Reach us at help@trivebankint.com for more information about this process.
Provide required documentation (Applicable for businesses)
You will be required to verify the existence of your company’s legal entity by uploading the list of documentations to Trivebank International’s client portal. Documentary evidence of existence may include the following:
- The corporation’s certificate of corporate status or equivalent formation document;
- Apostilled and notarized POA for the applicant which clearly demonstrate rights to open and manage bank accounts on behalf of the company.
- Apostilled and notarized Articles of the company (e.g. Authorized signatures list or Board resolution or similar) that demonstrate applicant is given the rights to open and manage bank accounts on behalf of the company.
- EIN (Letter provided by IRS) for the company.
- Document showing (group) shareholding structure.
- Documents required for the company, and any UBO having 10% or higher shares, which is an entity of the company:
- Apostilled and notarized Certificate of incorporation of the company.
- Apostilled and notarized Articles of Association or Deeds of the company, which clearly shows all shareholders with their rights.
- For one of the controlling persons (e.g. Senior Managing Officer, Trustee, etc.), documents defined below for individual UBO’s
- Documents required for any individual UBO of the company having 10% or higher shares:
- Apostilled and notarized government-issued identification document that bears a photograph, preferably a Passport or Identification Document such as Driving License or National Identification Card.
- Apostilled and notarized proof of residency document, issued within the past 3 months. Certificate of Residence, or a utility bill.
